sounds good. living a holistic -Kundalini yoga style of living was a slow process for me-eating all holistic food was the last step-but it took 10 years- teaching people of all ages, from all areas of the city of Pittsburgh-and seeing how many people are sick and on drugs-has motivated me more to pay close attention to my choices in my life!
