Daytime Classes
- Monday, Wednesday: Beginner Kundalini Yoga (class size: 4 people) - 9:15-10:15am
- Tuesday, Friday: Yogapilates (class size =4 people) - 8:30-9:30am

- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday night : Beginner Kundalini Yoga (class size: 4 people) - 6:00-7:00pm
- Monday, Thursday: Advance Kundalini Yoga (class size: 8 people) - 7:30-8:30pm

- My studio=$60 session.
- My studio for Yoga couples=$80 session.
- Travel to your home=$100 session (15 mile radius)
Group classes are $15. You must register for one month at a time. No refunds if you miss a class for the month. I reward students who refer other clients to me, and I do special-free workshops for those students who show a deep interest and commit to the practice.
The smaller classes are located in an intimate setting in my suite. I wanted to create a space where you could leave the rest of the world behind and take an hour out for your self to escape and let go!
Hire me to design a program for your corporation, school, or event. Pricing varies. I also do lectures on "Women's Health", "Elementary Fundamental Stress", and "What is Kundalini Yoga?" I can design lectures with the Kundalini Yoga principles regarding a health issue if given some time.
