1. Medical Meditation Programs

A four-week series that is designed to give an introduction into the fundamentals of Kundalini Yoga and medical meditations.  Learning extensive breath patterns and addressing each week a major organ in the body with the last section of each class focusing on specific medical meditations.  Specific areas addressed:  spinal fluid, posture with breath patterns, one-nostril breath, brain hemispheres, thyroid, pituitary, pineal gland, and heart and lymphatic system.  Manual included.

2. Cancer Programs

Kundalini Yoga is an ancient system that has many techniques for helping cancer patients cope with depression, fatigue, and pain.  Preliminary research has shown the KY protocol for fear to be beneficial as well as a long term KY therapy for prostate cancer.  Keep in mind Yogi Bhajan brought this science to America in 1968 to help elevate our society and take away the secrecy that surrounded this eastern science for thousands of years.  Therefore, we will start to see more and more research being conducted by master practitioners regarding how it can help cancer.

3. Heart Programs

This science addresses the heart not just as an organ, but as a human being who has lived through experiences.  To build a strong immune system-the thymus gland must be open, and the energy in the heart as well.  It is not a surprise that many people who suffer with a weak heart may have had their heart broken a few times in life.  The second observation is lack of proper oxygen to the heart.  If a person is not breathing from the diaphragm, the blood is unable to flow properly to the heart.  A great formula for that is Strengthening the Heart and Immune System by master teacher, GuruRattan.

4. Breath Works

The breath work is designed within this science to help regenerate the body.  95% of our patients don’t breathe well enough for normal health.  First, we address whether a person is a chest, reverse, collapsed, or frozen breather.  For reference, when both men and women walk around all day holding there stomachs in that action weakens the abdominal muscles and increases back pain.  Learning to use the one-nostril breath patterns will open a channel to the respiratory system.. Each breath pattern reveals personality, mood, and learned traits from life.  It is the cells that desire the breath and where deeper transformation occurs.

5. Women’s Health

Kundalini Yoga offers new information regarding a woman’s body.  Heather Ferri, owner, produced Kundalini Yoga for Women because she needed a solution to her PMS and blood issues.  Heather has a genetic red-blood cell disorder called, Thalassemia, in which her menstrual cycles forced her to sleep all day and not be able to function and work.  She found and practiced this particular set which addresses the navel center, digestion, elimination, and sexual organs, and in one month her health and spirit changed.  This science offers many yoga sets that benefit a woman emotionally and physically.

6. Reiki

Reiki treatment can benefit anyone who is physically tired, emotionally stressed out, and possibly suffering with pain from an illness.  This type of therapy works well with traditional medicine and can even speed up the process of healing.  Reiki is a Japanese technique, where the practitioner places their hands as a channel for life energy to move and open negative energy that needs to be healed.  Reiki can awaken the life force to shift negative thoughts and feelings and create a freedom within new areas of the mind and body.
